Paul George and Rudy Gay.
Barnes just need to be aggressive and take it to the rack. He already has a better shooting touch than George and Gay.

He is bigger, defends better than Gay and has more dexterity than George.

By next season, Barnes may make it to the 2nd team or 3rd team of the NBA. Just as long as Mark Jackson gives him extended minutes.
