Of course they could. Every team in the league could be improved. We know the W's aren't a complete team and not a championship team. But my point is the same. Even if they got the player you wanted those scenarios would still happen. Every team blow leads and there are going to be those bitter losses that shouldn't happen(Laker game) for every team in the league.
