Kelly has a temper (so I hear), but Seymour wants to win. Poor guy is in hell, so I can see him blowing up on an underachieving complainer like McClain.

Plus you gotta remember, McClain reportedly stormed off the field. Has to be a big name that punked him that bad, I cant imagine some guy like Tollefson made him take his ball and go home.
