There is no indication that he did more damage to the ankle by playing a couple of games and the recovery is within the usual timeframe for this surgery. He also may just be naturally a slow healer, but there's still no indication that he won't fully recover.
The worst thing that happened is over-optimism by the organization, and Bogut, and that is apparently too much for this continuously beaten-down fan-base.
