I get that this goes down with What Really Happened in 2009 and all of our others, but if you think I feel like I was wrong about Lebron all those years, you're mistaken.
You think everyone's too precious about him. That's fine. I think you're too precious about *that*. And that it has caused you to miss the human dynamics and the evolution of the greatest player of his generation.
Here's the latest version of what you always miss: I picked Miami to win this series in 5. And I have called Lebron the best player alive many, many times. But just because I can see what's going on on the floor doesn't mean I can't see what's going on in his head.
If you think Lebron's always been the player he is this month, all I can say is that...I don't even know what to say. All I can say is that I know better, and that you don't really think that.
That he has broken through over the past year, and over the past three weeks, is so obvious that I'm not sure how one could argue the other side.
