Warriors doctors would need to clear him first. Plus, no team is going to trade any pick now before the draft. They'll want to see who is available before pulling the trigger. Unless of course its an absolute steal of a deal.

If GS is dealing for Anderson before ever seeing who is available at #7 I think it would have to be something like:

Biedrins, Tyler, #30
for
Anderson

Doesn't make sense for Cleveland, though. They want to shed Anderson bc of his injury issues/salary. So Biedrins ain't the guy they'd want in his place. MAYBE Jefferson, but probably not.
