Mavs got past him because they shot crazy from 3 in both games 5 and 6, and because the refs screwed him in game 4.

They beat him, but it wasn't a belt-whuppin. They just shot better.

Obviously disappointing, but Celts have made him and especially his teammates eat the ball and like it in over a dozen big playoff games.

What's a bigger lesson, shoot better or eat your opponent's bone marrow for a win?

And again, he got by us last year in large part to Rondo and Shaq being injured. Even still, it nearly almost went to 2-2 on a fragile team.
