I consider Rondo a game changer, but he's not a superstar.

I consider really good defensive role players - eg Tony Allen - game changers.

Turner clearly won't be a superstar, but he is arguably the Sixers' most important player already, and this is only his second season in the league.

He's a guy who can make the game easier for everyone around him, and he's becoming a guy you can trust with the ball in his hands in crunch time.
