take a less talented prospect just because he is deemed to be more ready. You see where Bynum is now and where Diogu is.

Drafting for need is also a mistake. We took Foyle instead of TMAC. Drafted Todd Fuller. Dunleavy instead of Amare. Joe Smith instead of KG. Those mistakes have been disastrous.

We have to hit on this pick. Hopefully we have the right people in place to make that decision.
