I wouldn't trust Wilson. And Romo hasn't pitched enough. But they would probably go with Wilson, which is why they wouldn't get out of the first round - unless Lincecum and Cain both have very good outings, with a lot of run support, and they wouldn't need to bring in Wilson. In that situation, I'd definitely vote for Romo over Wilson.
