Starks and Hughes were/are non-shooters. That's just a bad comparison, factually.

Belinelli isn't as dead-eye as Allen or Redd or Mullin, but he's a much better shooter than the two you named, and with his form he could eventually get to that elite level. I don't disagree with you that it's probably a long shot, but he does still have that potential.
