the only tier of stars that brings championships are the Jordan/Hakeem/Shaq/Duncan/KG(+Pierce&Ray) tier

since we don't have and can't get any of the guys in that tier, I don't mind going the pistons approach by putting togther a TEAM with emphasis on a certain style
