On every QB drafted in the last 15 years(?) who were drafted in the top 15 picks. Every one that got picked by a team that had an above .500 record at the time, has turned out to be pretty solid. Every one drafted by a crappy team at the time has been very poor, ie. so much comes down to how good the team is around you.
