It's not fair to blame a QB for not reaching his potential when his coaches don't know how to get him there. When he had Norv for one year, he played pretty damn good, but the next year we get Hostler and he (as well as our entire Offense) sucked ass. Obviously you guys take it out on Alex for being a #1 pick, but really, I expect him to have a respectable year: 3200+yds, 2.5:1 td/int ratio, 300 rushing yards (2 TD's).
