Swift is probably a little bigger, but they're both ultra athletic Fs and there's the LSU connection.
The big difference is that Thomas doesn't come with the same ?-marks re: his bball IQ and he seems far more driven and intense than Stro ever was. He went to Bulls management to put him in contact with Scottie Pippen, because he thought Pippen would be a great guy to model himself after as far as the work ethic and the defensive versatility.
He's a raw talent, no doubt, but one who'd address the W's needs well, imo. As far as comparisons go, maybe a better version of Kenyon Martin... I think Thomas would thrive in an uptempo offense.
