but the W's need another rebounder/defender, who can run the floor. They'd still be strong on the perimeter, but they'd get bigger, and more athletic up front. If you wait for a guy like Thomas to start making an impact, he becomes a lot more expensive to acquire. I expect Ellis' trade value to increase, especially if he can play full-time PG, but talented G for talented F isn't such a bad trade-off... especially when that F projects to be strong where you are weak.
