Unless the Sixers love Troy and believe Francis can return to all-star form, this is a head-scratcher on their end. They should get more for Iverson and Webber's relatively short, albeit bloated contract. Jones' contract helps, but they should do better.

The Grizzlies upgrade on the wing, but consider Jason's injury status and the cap dynamics and I don't think it's a worthwhile deal on their end. Davis' proposal apparently needs tweaking before the league moves forward, but I don't see Memphis adding that much long term salary.
